I had the honor of Coordinating this featured Wedding... Sheri and Will recently tied the knot at The Irvine Hilton Hotel. Both Sheri and Will are currently in medical residency on the other side of the country and have a large amount of family located here in Southern California. For the Bride and Groom, this was their destination wedding. The day was filled with love, tradition, elegance, and endless fun on the dance floor! I was so thrilled to hear from Sheri, The Bride, that their amazing Photographer Henry Chen had posted a sneak peak of their Wedding Photos on his blog. Ahhh... I just love the photos and most of all it makes me smile to see that Henry did such a phenomenal job at capturing the true essence of their special day for them to enjoy! Thank you Sheri and Will for allowing me to be part of your Wedding; Congrats~

Special thanks to these fantastic Vendors for making the event possible...

Inspiring Bridal Shower Tea of Jennifer Greene

Jennifer Green, Bride To Be on New Years Eve (what a special day to celebrate a joining of lives in marriage to kick off the new year) was showered with love and gifts by some very special ladies in her life! A dear friend to Jennifer and her family, Fabi Harris opened her beautiful home and honored Jennifer with a truly memorable Bridal Shower... Here are a few Inspiring pictures taken at Jen's Bridal Shower Tea, boy was it a fun event to attend!

I just love this idea: Heart Shaped Notecards were placed on the table that each had a Month of the Year written on them. Each guest was to write their name on the back of the card and list an activity for the newlyweds to do sometime during that month. I wrote down the month of June and suggested that the newlyweds take a Saturday drive down to Laguna Beach to visit the beautiful Art Galleries (where they usually serve Mamosa's or Champagne on weekends), then visit the Beautiful Montage Resort & Spa where they can enjoy live music in the Lobby Lounge and then take a stroll down their breathtaking Beach and enjoy the sun and summer brease together! What a fun way to make their first year of marriage memorable and exciting!!

I do have to say that they had some creative games to play at this extra special Bridal Shower. The Bride was blinefolded by the oh-so-talented host Fabi and then handed a suitecase where she then had to put the attire items on without seeing what they were. It was quite hilarious when she thought a slipper was an elbow pad and thought a nightgown was an apron ;) The idea was that she was Getting Ready for her Groom on their Honeymoon - so creative!

So much fun with Jennifer, the Beautiful Bride as she enjoyed her Luncheon Tea and all the pretty decor!

A special poem was read by the Bride's sweet friend Fabi Harris, who threw her the beautiful Bridal Shower. The Biblical poem mentioned significant wedding items (something old, new, borrowed, and blue) - as Fabi read the sweet words, she gifted Jennifer (The Bride to be), her Mother, and soon to be Mother In Law with the touching hankerchief with all the significant items shown in the photo above. If I were Martha Stewart, i'd call this "A Good Thing!"

They served the salad in a vintage teacup and i have to say it sure made the plate look adorable

Tea Sandwiches, Punch, Hot Tea, Scones, and so much more... They also had these cute candy favors in a decorative bag (pictured above)

One of my E favorites Khloe Kardashian, recently wed LA Lakers star Lamar Odom and I hear their wedding was amazing! I secretly wish I were one of their long lost sista's ;) haha... Anyway, Khloe recently posted some inside scoop pictures from her wedding that were just published in OK Magazine. Here are some of the behind the scenes photos from their big day, for the full story you can visit Khloe's Website!

Additional details from PEOPLE Magazine share inside scoop on the wedding: "In what proved to be an elegant finale to their month-long courtship, Khloe Kardashian wed Los Angeles Laker Lamar Odom Sunday evening at a private residence in Beverly Hills, PEOPLE confirms. The two were married in front of triple arches of white roses created by celebrity florist Mark's Garden."

The star-studded elite guest list of the Black-Tie wedding for Khloe and Lamar received their Elegant white and silver invitations just days before the ceremony (designed by invitationers Lehr & Black, who also created lavish wedding invitations for Jessica Simpson, Gwen Stefani, and Eva Longoria Parker), hosted by Khloe's mom Kris Jenner and her stepdad. A 10-piece orchestra played during the ceremony as the Bride walked down the aisle in her amazing gown (done by none other than Vera Wang) while carrying a beautiful bouquet made of romantic white nosegay of roses, stephanotis and lilies of the valley.

With a lavish ceremony decorated in hues of lavendar, purple, silver, and white... the Bridal Party sure complimented the styled event in elegant lavender gowns with bouquets of white roses. 'Khloe's bridal party included half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, actresses (and twin sisters) Khadijah and Malika Haqq and actress Lauren London.'

"Wedding planner Sharon Sacks created the Hollywood nightclub-themed reception that followed in a tent on the property, fitted with dark wooden walls, white carpeting, silver mirrors and chandeliers. The tables were decorated with tall white centerpieces with lavender touches made of roses, calla lilies and exotic leaves in soaring glass vases." Source: PEOPLE Magazine

The Lavish Menu included a four-course dinner with chilled heirloom tomato soup with burrata (mozzarella and cream), a salad of melons with fresh figs and feta, followed by a choice of filet mignon or wild salmon fillet and a dessert trio. The four-tier wedding cake was by Hansen's Cakes. For more details from the amazing wedding, visit Khloe's Website.

Fairytale Wedding - Given by TheTodayShow

"They say marriage is a marathon, not a sprint — but Nick Cordes and the former Leigh Daniel couldn’t resist taking a jog down the aisle after exchanging vows live on national television Wednesday in the 10th annual TODAY Throws a Wedding.

The comely couple, whose story is like a modern-day "Romeo and Juliet” for the sweat set, said their “I dos” under balmy morning skies at the plaza in Manhattan’s Rockefeller Center before 180 smiling family and friends — and millions more watching at home.

Bride Leigh, escorted down the aisle by her father, Tab, was a vision in a Christos tulle A-line cap-sleeve gown, leading TODAY’s Matt Lauer to gush that the bride was “stunning beyond belief.” She was met at the altar by Cordes, decked out in a Tommy Hilfiger seersucker suit, and presiding minister Dr. James Hampton.

A secret romance
Given the couple’s highly romantic backstory, it was only fitting that they wrote their own vows for their wedding day. Ohio-born Nick, 29, and Texas gal Leigh, 30, were both track stars in college and met at the Olympic Development Program for runners in Detroit in 2003.

The demanding camp had a no-dating edict, but the couple couldn’t help but get starry-eyed around each other. They had their first, very covert date in the parking lot of a grocery store. Soon the training camp was buzzing about the young lovers — and camp officials issued Nick and Leigh their walking papers as a result.

An Olympic dream may have died, but love bloomed — and six years later, Leigh and Nick’s story so captivated TODAY viewers that they won the TODAY Throws a Wedding contest with a whopping 66,000 votes.

“You look amazing!” Nick told Leigh at the altar in beginning his vows. “I am lucky to know you and am even luckier to be marrying you.

“We’ve been together for six years now, and I look forward to the next 60. You are an amazing person. You taught me a different and better way to live, and I promise to put God first, and keep that as the centerpiece of our relationship. In the beginning, we were best friends; we moved on to training partners, and I would be most proud to call you my wife.”

In her vows, Leigh spoke of a life filled with wonder and much togetherness — the pair both coach track at Nick’s alma mater, Ashland University in Ohio.

“I feel so blessed to be standing in front of my best friend, my training partner, soul mate, and to be looking forward to spending the rest of my life by your side,” Leigh told Nick.

“I look forward to a life of running with our dogs, eating chicken spinach surprise, hanging out with those that we love and just being together.”

Martina McBride sings the TODAY Throws a Wedding theme song, "I Just Call You Mine,” for Nick and Leigh's first dance as husband and wife. McBride, who attended the wedding along with her husband of 21 years, sound engineer John, offered Nick and Leigh a bit of advice on what makes a marriage last. “I think dedication, commitment and respect for each other — and a sense of humor is very important.”

The official pictures are in from La Boheme Photography from the recent May Wedding of Kevin & Candi Crawford... and they rock! First off, I have to say the event was a great success and couldn't have been done without my Amazing Team (thank you Maria and Kathy for your creativity and hard work)! Candi and Kevin chose the beautiful Ceremony location of Waverly Chapel in Santa Ana, CA and Reception Venue of Springfield Banquet Center in Fullerton, CA. The ever so crafty Bride, Candi, came up with the fun Scrabble Theme that was so fitting with the proposal story...

When Groom, Kevin, decided to pop the question, he decided to ask Candi to be his Wife during a playful game of Scrabble (which they always seemed to enjoy playing). Towards the end of the game, he spelt out the words "Will You Marry Me" and had Candi in shock when she finally figured out that he was actually asking HER to be his Bride!!! She chose to use the Scrabble elements throughout the design and decor of their Ceremony and Reception. From the escort cards, to place card settings of hot glued scrabble pieces with each guest name on a wood playing rack, to the scrabble text in their invitations and programs, this was one fun wedding that brought their story to life in such a special way.. Enjoy a peak at the pictures by La Boheme:

As some of you may know... I finally get to be "The Bride"! I have 26 days until the big day that I get to marry my other half and I can't wait! I thought I would share photos with you from my recent Bridal Shower Celebration. I had such an amazing time with close friends and family. My amazing Aunt Helen was so sweet to throw me my shower, she truly made the day so special for me - i will never forget what a meaningful day it was to spend with the ladies who mean the most to me.

As you can tell, I am extra girly! So any chance I get to parade in pink, enjoy sweet delights, sip tea, and put on my heels... I'M THERE :)
Planning showers and weddings for clients is truly so much different than doing it for my own big day, it has actually been a crazy but wonderful experience to get to be on the other end of things, I suppose it can only help me better understand my clients. Anyway, enough talk - enjoy the pink enthused inspiration~
